Simply put, the best volleyball players play year-round. Below you'll find links and information about different opportunities for all ages to fine tune their game in the off-season.
Junior Lancer Volleyball Summer Camp

This 3-day youth camp is for girls and boys entering grades 5-9. Players of all levels and positions are encouraged to attend!
Join Longmeadow Varsity Volleyball Coach George Mulry and his players at this high energy, skill-packed camp. Players will learn the fundamentals and techniques that make the LHS program so successful. |

What to bring
- Volleyball clothing, we recommend: T-shirt, shorts/spandex, Sweats, volleyball shoes (No black-soled running shoes, please), knee-pads
- Peanut-Free Lunch and snacks
- Water bottle
- Money for store items: LHS Volleyball clothing, snacks, etc. (optional)

clinics are run year-round by local volleyball organizations. Check back as links are updated!
Clubs
Clubs are for players from 18 years old down to the '12 and Under' division. Past LHS players have competed on club and national teams for Pioneer Valley Juniors, Western MA and Husky Juniors (CT). Longmeadow Coach George Mulry and Frontier Coach Sean MacDonald have teamed up to create the Pioneer Valley Volleyball Academy and Pioneer Valley Juniors Volleyball Club. Tryouts begin in early November.
Camps & Summer Programs
The top players in the region attend at least one summer volleyball camp. A number of the top college coaches in the area run week-long camps during the summer. Some camps are geared towards specific positions such as setting, hitting, and defense while others are for player's overall development.
